Craig Hamilton Falk

Craig Falk of Toledo passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Divine White Oak Nursing and Rehab. Craig was born July 29, 1970 to Jim and Luanne (McGiffin) Falk, he was 55 years old. Craig attended Waite High School. Craig's passion in life was playing pool and he made many friends in his time spent playing pool and entering numerous pool tournaments. Craig was also a friend of Bill W's.
Craig was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Harold and Eleanor McGiffin and paternal grandparents Alfred and Laura Falk. Craig is survived by his parents James and Luanne Falk; sister Aimee Falk; sons Vincent (Stephanie) Falk and Cameron Falk; and daughter Paige (Avery) Ballard. Grandchildren: Paisley Shy, Alva Ballard, Kendahl and Raelyn Falk.
Craig chose to donate his body to UTMC's anatomical donation program. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th at the Church of the Cross; at 1750 Eastgate Rd, Toledo, OH 43614. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. with services to start at 11:00 a.m.
