Cynthia Johnson

Cynthia "Cindy" Johnson, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025. Born on March 6, 1950, in Chicago and raised in Franklin Park, Illinois, Cindy was known for her kind spirit and calm demeanor that touched everyone who knew her.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Diana Cieck (Ron); and her grandchildren, Tyler and Kelly Cieck. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Ryan Cieck, and her devoted life companion, Joseph Collinet. Cindy is also survived by her sister, Pamela Trattner (Phil), and was preceded in death by her sister, Carla Bruno and brother, Wayne Nunez. She was a loving aunt to Sara Doherty (Joe) and John Trattner, and a proud great-aunt to Eain, Carla, and Isabella.

Throughout her professional life, Cindy dedicated herself to the Administrative Professionals Association. Her leadership within the organization was marked by multiple terms as local chapter president. In this role, she mentored countless colleagues with unwavering dedication. Her work with the Association was more than a role—it was her passion, and she took great joy in helping others grow and succeed.

Cindy's family will celebrate her life in a private service.
