Damarys Menendez

In loving memory of Damarys Menendez, affectionately known as "Dee" to her loved ones. Born August 10, 1966, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Dee was the youngest of three children. She is survived by her three children, Rachel, Rebecca, and Alex, and her sisters, Yvette Medina and Nydia Menendez. She is in Heaven with her mom and dad, Carmen and Efrain Menendez.

Dee was known for her rambunctious spirit, giving heart, and steadfast optimism. She was a loving and devoted mother, always bragging about her children's accomplishments, and a dedicated friend. Fearless till the end, Dee stayed optimistic and full of faith every single day.

Never one to sit still, Dee was a fan of DIY projects, teaching herself everything from woodworking to design, and spent hours using her talents to create gifts for friends and family, spreading love and sunshine everywhere.

Dee was a force of nature, one of a kind, and is missed every day by her children, her sisters, her nephews Joseph and Christopher, and her friends. We are thankful everyday for the time we were able to spend with her. Rest in peace, Dee.
