Dan Thomas Masuda Jr.

Dan Masuda Jr., age 46, of San Jose, California was called home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2026, peacefully with his family by his side.

Born on August 26, 1979 in San Jose, Dan grew up surrounded by family, spending his childhood riding bikes, playing hide and seek with his brother and cousins, and cherishing times he spent with his grandparents. Dan also enjoyed playing basketball and loved watching Karate movies. These were moments Dan would hold close to his heart throughout his life.

As he grew older Dan was known for his genuine nature and the way he connected with people. He excelled in sales with his ability to make people feel heard and understood. He was one of the top sellers at Fremont Mazda. Later, as part of a team of real estate agents in Hawaii, he earned recognition among the top 100 realtors in the state of Hawaii.

He had a deep love for his family and friends and cherished every moment spent with them. Dan brought energy and joy wherever he went. He had a great sense of style, a love for music, and could often be found dancing and making the most out of life. He lived with a spirit of fun, always wanting to create good times and lasting memories with those around him.

Dan will be remembered for his warm heart, his vibrant personality, and the way he made people feel. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the laughter, love, and moments he shared with all who knew him.

He is survived by his father, Dan Masuda Sr; his mother, Sharleen; his brother, Garrett, and sister-in- law, Jeannine; his brother,Taylor; and his beloved nephew and niece John and Lyla, whom he loved dearly.

Forever loved and never forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday; May 8th at 12:00 PM at Central Christian Church in San Jose.
Those whose lives were touched by Dan are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration.
