Daniel "Dan" John Ardito, 58, of Mason, New Hampshire, passed away on April 7, 2026. Born on January 11, 1968, in Bedford, Massachusetts, Dan was the beloved son of the late Barbara (Rossi) Ardito and the late John Ardito.
Dan was a devoted son, father, grandfather, and friend who carried a deep love and appreciation for his parents throughout his life. He found joy in the simple things and cherished the people he loved most. As the owner of Ardito Heating and Cooling, Dan took pride in his work and had a passion for working with his hands. He spent countless hours restoring classic cars and working on motorcycles hobbies that brought him both pride and peace.
Music was another great love of Dan's life. He held a special place in his heart for Johnny Cash and the Grateful Dead, whose songs were often the soundtrack to his days. His love for music reflected his vibrant spirit and appreciation for life's beauty.
Dan is survived by his son, Richard Ardito, his wife Cayley, and their sons Hudson, Dawson, and Hunter of Mount Vernon, New Hampshire; his daughter Samantha "Sammie" Ardito and her husband Dre Burks of Greenville, Michigan; as well as his stepchildren Dillion Burdick of New Hampshire and Samantha Schofield with her husband Devin Schofield and their children Jaxson, Willow, and Dakota of Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Dan will be remembered for his unwavering love for family and friends, his remarkable mechanical talents, and the joy he brought to those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
