Daniel Mathew Haywood, 39, of Pueblo, CO, passed away on January 9, 2026. Born on February 28, 1987, Daniel was known for his exceptional skills as a welder and his work in construction.
Throughout his life, Daniel had a profound love for working with his hands, whether it was fixing cars or blasting music through custom stereo systems. His passion extended to the outdoors, where he found joy in camping and embracing nature.
Daniel leaves behind his beloved daughter, Emma; his sister, Shawnna Haywood; his brother, Jimmy Haywood; his mother, Nathaniel Haywood; his brother, Ellen Haywood; and his father, Maverick Kelly. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Daniel was a graduate of Canon City High School and spent his early education years at Lincoln Elementary. His lifelong learning was evident in his craftsmanship and dedication to his trade.
In honor of Daniel's, no public services will be held at this time. The family plans to hold a private celebration of life to honor his memory.
