David Neil Matthews

David Neil Matthews, beloved brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, leaving behind a legacy filled with laughter and cherished memories. Born to Melvin Chadwick and Alice Chadwick on August 25, 1956, David was the oldest of the siblings. He is survived by Steve Matthews (Robin), Melinda (Linnie) Slater (Phil), Jim Matthews (Tammy), and his nieces, Joey, Laura, Nina, Meghan, Maddie, and nephews Sam, Nick, and Daniel. David is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews.
