David Michael Spetner

David Spetner died after a long illness on May 27, in Tucson AZ. David was the son of Norman and Lil Spetner and was born and raised in University City. He attended the Epstein Hebrew Academy and graduated from University City High School in 1974. David earned a degree in Film and Television from San Diego State University and moved to Los Angeles where he built a successful advertising business working for the entertainment industry. He retired in Ashland, OR and then Tucson, AZ.
David is survived by his former wife Katherine, his daughter Michelle (Antonio DeWok) and son Ian. David was one of seven children, and is also survived by his siblings, the late Alan (Helene), Carol (the late Barry Pessin) the late Elly (Carmi), Steve (Marcie), Bob (Kacey) and Don (Laurie).
