Deborah "Debby" Fralick

1952 - 2025

Debby Fralick hit her final tee shot and passed away peacefully at Joanne's House of Hope Hospice in Bonita Springs, FL on Dec 7, 2025 after courageously battling cancer. She was born on Nov 9, 1952 to Theresa & Peter Stabile in Chicago, IL.
She was devoted to her daughter, Jenn, who survives, and spent many hours cheering Jenn on at her swim meets when she competed in St. Charles, IL.
Debby taught English for many years at Streamwood High School in Illinois, before becoming the English Department divisional. She read countless essays written by her students and gave them honest critiques. Everyone will always remember her sense of humor, quick laugh, and her love of travel. She was a coach of the WWYSE team (Worldwide Youth in Science & Engineering) which went to the state competition against all odds. Debby also planned a seniors' trip to London, of which many students have fond memories.
After she retired from teaching, she moved to Ft Myers, FL where she enjoyed golf, the beaches, and leisure activities with her longtime partner, Brian Kloft and friends at the Legends complex.
She will be remembered as a wonderful mother to Jenn, and a loving daughter to her mother, Terry, who at the age of 99, passed away three weeks after Debby.
In lieu of donations, play a game of golf or enjoy what you love most in life. Think of Debby looking down on you and saying, "Go for it!"
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and interment will be at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL.
