Deborah Anne Sheola (née Ingdal), 70, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025, in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey. Born on November 18, 1955, in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, Deborah led a life defined by compassion, dedication, and unwavering energy.
For over thirty years, Deborah worked in the medical field, where her commitment to helping others left a lasting impression on patients and colleagues alike. Her professional devotion was mirrored in her personal life, where she gave wholeheartedly to her family and community.
Deborah was the beloved wife of Dennis Sheola and a devoted mother to her son John Maniscalco and his wife Kimberly, and her daughter Katherine Varacalli and her husband Peter. She found immense joy in her role as grandmother to Isabella, Madelyn, and Christopher.
She was the cherished daughter of Katherine Stuhlmann and the late John Ingdal. Deborah was also preceded in death by her brother Dennis Ingdal. She was loved by her mother-in-law, Roseanne, pre deceased father-in-law, John Sheola and brother-in laws, Thomas and David Sheola. Her family remembers her as their greatest supporter—especially when it came to championing her children's pursuits. Whether attending school events or leading efforts through the band parents organization, Deborah's enthusiasm was ever-present.
A passionate traveler, Deborah loved vacationing and going on cruises. These journeys were treasured opportunities to connect with loved ones and create lasting memories filled with laughter and joy.
Those fortunate enough to know Deborah will remember her as a kind and generous soul whose warmth touched everyone around her. Her presence brought light into every room she entered.
A Memorial Mass will be held on December 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, 450 Radio Road Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey.
