Diane Molinari Hammermeister. Diane was born in San Francisco on August 15, 1949 To Eddie and Polly Molinari. Beloved wife of John Hammermeister for 42 years. Mother to Wendy Leonard, Josh Marks and Nicole Murphy. Cherished grandmother to Lily Hammermeister. Growing up in North Beach, Diane attended St. Peter & Paul and graduated from Galileo High. Moving to Castro Valley in 1995 where she resided the rest of her life.
Diane loved movies, theatre, cooking, going to concerts and vacationing in Las Vegas, Disneyland and the Gold Country. Her passion was planning vacations to enjoy with her husband and granddaughter. Diane had a quick wit, warm heart and will be missed very much by friends and family. A Service will be held on February 27, 2026, at 12:30 PM at Green Street Mortuary 649 Green Street, San Francisco.
