Donald Wayne Kemper, 67, of Everett, WA passed away on January 24, 2026. He was born in Little Rock, AR and was a Washington resident for many years. Donnie was a believer of God and spoke openly about his faith. He was an avid sports fan and loved cheering for the Seahawks and Mariners. He also loved his family and enjoyed seeing updates on social media.
Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Sydney B. Kemper, mother Vivian J. Kemper and a brother, Barry L. Kemper. He is survived by a daughter, Shannon (Phillip) Powell and two granddaughters, as well as five siblings: a sister, Gail Stalheim, brothers Bruce Kemper, David (Helena) Kemper, Tim (Mary) Kemper and Jeff Kemper, in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A family memorial service will be held at a later time.
