Doreen Anne Meehan

Doreen Anne Meehan, aged 65, passed away on March 15, 2026, in Brighton, MA. After a long illness.
Doreen had lived in Brant Rock Ma for the last 12 plus years with her longtime friend Stephen Bartlett.
Born on April 28, 1960, Doreen grew up in a loving family, attending Mary Lee Burbank School and Belmont High School, before continuing her education at Westfield State College.
Doreen was known for her beautiful, happy, and loving nature, always placing her family and friends above all else. Her life was marked by her dedication to those she loved and her ability to bring joy to every gathering.
She is survived by her mother, Anne Meehan; her brothers, Brian and Ronnie Meehan; and her sisters, Tricia and Karen Meehan. Doreen also leaves behind her nephew, James Brian, his wife Doan, and their children, Madison and MacKenzie, who will miss her deeply.
Doreen's hobbies included Zumba, reading, and spending time at the beach. She cherished the summer months, which were filled with boat outings with friends and relaxing times in her yard. Known for her generosity, Doreen was always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 14, 2026, at the Green Harbor Yacht Club on Dyke Rd in Green Harbor from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those who knew Doreen are welcomed to join in celebrating her life and the happiness she brought into the lives of others.
