Eileen Alexandersson

Eileen Alexandersson, age 89, of Elmwood Park, Illinois, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Florence and John Weinrauch and the mother of Deborah and Jeffery.

Eileen was born on February 17, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois. She married her late husband Fred Hataburda, and together they had two children, Deborah and Jeffery and they made their home in Elmwood Park.

Eileen spent many years working in the food industry as a waitress. As she got older, she enjoyed visiting local restaurants, going to the movies, spending time at the casino, and, most of all, cherishing moments with her family and friends. She had a love for dogs and shared many happy days with her late Cocker Spaniel, Sadie.

She is survived by her brother, Donald (Rosie) Weinrauch; her children, Deborah Magin (late Jim Magin) and Jeffery (Mary) Hataburda; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Madysen) Hataburda and Nicole Hataburda; her great-grandchild Harper Hataburda; and her niece and nephew Karen (Dimitri) Lappas and William Weinrauch.
