She was born June 3, 1951 in Waverly, Baltimore City, Md. She graduated from Seton High School. Betsy will always be remembered as a loving person. She was on every occasion without exception with our mother, taking her to lunch, to the doctor appointments, and church etc. The death of Betsy will forever break our hearts. May she rest in peace and enjoy the fruits of heaven.
