Erica Wendling

Erica Wendling, born on June 4, 1991, in Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on January 10, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. She was 34 years old.

Erica's life was rooted in the love of her family and the places that shaped her. From her early days in Michigan to her time in California, she carried with her a spirit uniquely her own.

She is lovingly remembered by her father, Steve Wendling; her mother, Lisa Budd; and her stepmother, Alicia Wendling. Erica's memory lives on through her son, Kevin Knight, who brought joy and purpose to her life. She is also remembered by her siblings, Kyler Laird and Dalton Wendling; as well as Alexandria Wells and Katy Budd.

Erica was preceded in death by her grandmother Sara Wendling and grandfather Warren Powell.

May Erica's memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service will be held on February 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM at Memorial Park 150 Park street Freeland MI.
