Ernest Duvall, 73, died Saturday March 9, 2002 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL.
He retired from Philip Morris USA Louisville in 1982 and attended the Christian Church in Homosassa FL after he and Fannie June moved from Louisville.
He was preceded in death in 1960 by a son Jeffrey Ernest Duvall and 13 brothers and sisters.
Born in Carmi, IL November 13, 1928 to Jacob Ellis and Mary Green (Carroll) Duvall both deceased; Ernest is survived by his wife of 50 years, Fannie June (Ashby) of Lecanto FL; three daughters Brenda Lynn Gooch, Marty Ann Stober and Tracy Ashby Vincent, all of Louisville; three sons, Anthony K. Duvall of Ft. Lauder Hills FL, Michael Ray Duvall and Eric Edward Duvall, of Louisville; a brother and sister-in-law, Eskel and Evelyn Ashby of Folsomville IN; a brother-in-law, Frank Coulter of Grayville IL; thirteen grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday March 14, 2002 at Koehler Funeral Home, Boonville Chapel with Brother Jack Ashby officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery near Folsomville IN.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at Koehler Funeral Home.
