Esther Rose Jiron (Flores) beloved wife, mother, daughter and 'buela' (grandmother) passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026 in West Valley City, Utah. Esther was born in Bell, California on November 6, 1972. Esther is survived by her mom, Rose Chapman, husband Kasey Jiron, her children Letticia Martinez, Reynaldo Martinez, Caleb Jiron, Larissa Jiron & son-in-law Joe Fajardo and grandchildren Anahi Martinez, Isabel Snyder, Zach Snyder, Izabella Rodriguez, & Lorenzo Rodriguez.
Esther's life was defined by love, faith and joy. She was a deeply loving woman who gave freely of her heart. She never denied a hug and always making friends everywhere she went. She had a special gift for making people laugh. Her warmth, sense of humor and spirit could brighten any room. Esther was the life of the party. She leaves behind countless memories filled with smiles and shared laughter. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints she loved church and found strength and comfort in her devotion. Her legacy lives on the lives she touched and the love she shared.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. We love you mom.
We will be having a celebration of life on Saturday, January 10. 2026 from 6pm-8pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 6253 W 6200 S, West Valley City, UT 84118.
