He loved spending time at the beach.
Gene leaves 3 daughters, Jennifer Grant and her husband Jonathan of Auburn, Ma.
Jessica Ireland and her husband William of Pomfret Center, Ct. and Meaghen Soulor and her husband Timothy of Spencer, Ma.
9 grandchildren Raechel, Isabella, Caitlyn, Jacob, Christian, Kyle, Zachary, Lucas and Olivia.
