Felicia Roxana Dawkins was brought into this world as the youngest of five children in Ciudad Radial, Panama City, Panama, born to the loving parents Cleothea "Peggy" Marion Farquharson and Carlton Antonio Dawkins (both deceased). Raised in a warm and close-knit family, Felicia's parents were devoted to providing her with every opportunity life had to offer. When Felicia was just fifteen years of age, her mother made the courageous and selfless decision to relocate her to Santa Ana, California, where she would reside with her sister Sherla. The family later settled in Riverside, California, where Felicia would go on to proudly graduate from John W. North High School with the Class of 1989.

Following her graduation, Felicia pursued her passion for healthcare and dedicated herself to studying to become a Registered Dental Assistant; a vocation that would evolve into a fulfilling and distinguished lifelong career. She devoted the majority of her professional life to Pacific Dental Services, where she was deeply cherished by her colleagues and the dentists she served alongside. Her exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to excellence made her an indispensable member of the team.

Felicia will be remembered with great warmth and admiration for her vibrant, energetic, and effervescent spirit. She possessed an infectious zest for life and was rarely one to be found sitting still. She found great joy in music, dancing, singing, and shopping, and above all else, she treasured every moment spent in the presence of those she loved. She loved cooking, often offering to be in charge of the platanitos, potato salad and curry chicken at the family gatherings. Felicia was also fierce and steadfast friend. She generously offered of her time, energy, and heart, always going above and beyond to support and uplift her family and friends in times of need. Her faith was equally central to who she was; a devout Christian, Felicia was an active and committed member of her church community. She found profound fulfillment in attending service and giving back to those around her through her church's outreach and ministry.

In 1995, Felicia was diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus, a condition that presented significant challenges throughout the course of her life and ultimately necessitated the difficult transition to dialysis treatment. In 2018, she was blessed with the extraordinary gift of a pancreas and kidney transplant, which provided her with much-needed relief from the burdens of her diabetes. Regrettably, despite her strength and resilience, her body was unable to sustain the health of her donated organs, and Felicia faced the deeply difficult decision to return to dialysis. It was a decision made not in defeat, but in grace. For in making this decision, Felicia was gifted with four additional precious months to spend surrounded by the unwavering love of her family and friends, cherishing each moment to the fullest. In her passing Felicia was able to provide hope and a new beginning for others by donating organs for those in need.

Felicia Roxana Dawkins leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and light that will endure in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Felicia is survived by her siblings, Lorenzo Dawkins, Ricardo Dawkins, Lerna Dawkins, Sherla Dawkins-Stephens and Michael Stephens. By her nephews Surran Stephens, Michael Davis, Christopher Davis and Joseph Davis, Daniel Flores and Denzel Scott-Dawkins. She is also survived by her nieces Lennett Davis, Danessa and Vanessa Dawkins, Alana Caron, Keyra Bernal Dawkins, Kimberly Dawkins, Shavon Moore and Keisha Moore.
