Francine Klyce

Francine Klyce, age 73 of Merrillville, Indiana departed this life on Monday, December 15, 2025. Francine was born to William B. and Ella Mae Watson. She attended public schools in Gary, Indiana. She went to cosmetology school for a brief time. She then decided to stay home and focus on raising her children and taking care of her family.
Francine was blessed with four loving children. Francine was preceded in death by her parents William B. and Ella Mae Watson. Her husband Samuel J. Klyce. Her sisters Olivia Hester, Carmelita Howard, Brenda Thomas, and Charlotte Jeffers. Her brothers Jacob Thomas, Raymond Thomas, and Phillip Thomas. Her son Antione Hardiman, granddaughter Aleesha Walker, daughter Domonick Klyce, grandparents and a few aunts and uncles.
She leaves to cherish her daughter Angelita (Martin) Wilson of Valparaiso, IN, son Derrick (Tevis) Klyce of South Bend, IN, brother Vincent (Janet) Thomas of Michigan City, IN. Her granddaughters Ashley Walker of Valparaiso, IN, Diamond Klyce of Merrillville, IN, Diadra and Taiya Klyce of South Bend, IN; grandson Domonick Tucker of Merrillville, IN; great-granddaughters Asia Clark, Amya Walker, Aubrey Lewis, and Autumn Lewis of Valparaiso, IN; great-grandson James Klyce of South Bend, IN and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
