Born in New York City, Francine later made her home in Westfield, New Jersey, before eventually settling in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Wherever she lived, she carried herself with confidence and a clear sense of who she was.
Francine was predeceased by her first husband, Donald Feldman, and her husband, Charles Winzelberg. She is survived by her three children, Marion Lefkowitz (Steve), Nina Zwain (Larry), and Gary Winzelberg (Joanne), as well as her stepson, Douglas Winzelberg. She also leaves behind five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom were part of the life she built and the legacy she leaves.
She loved playing bridge and was known for her sharp mind at the table. She did not suffer fools, and those who knew her understood that her directness came with clarity and conviction. She valued substance over pretense and lived accordingly.
Francine will be remembered for her strength, her intelligence, and the unmistakable presence she brought into every room.
