Frank Lozano, aged 93, passed peacefully at home on December 29, 2025, with his beloved wife of 74 years, Ramona, by his side.

Born on July 29, 1932, in French Camp, Frank lived a life rooted in hard work, faith, and love. On July 29, 1951, he married the love of his life, Ramona Valverde, and together they built a beautiful life, raising eight children and creating a lasting legacy of family and devotion in Stockton.

A skilled plumber and proud union member of Locals 492 and 442 for 73 years, Frank took great pride in his work and in building his business, Lozano Plumbing. He was a dedicated mentor to many young apprentices and journeymen, including his sons, and earned deep respect not only for his craftsmanship but also for his strong work ethic, integrity and character. Frank’s work can be found in countless homes, local churches, schools, dining halls, and businesses throughout the community, lasting reminders of his hard work and commitment.

Frank loved being a father and his greatest joy was always his family. He could often be found in the stands at sporting events, proudly cheering on his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, his face lit up with a smile that spoke volumes. He celebrated their milestones, supported their dreams, and stood beside them through every season of life.

Frank shared his wisdom, encouragement, and life lessons generously, not only with his own children, but with everyone fortunate enough to know him. He cherished family gatherings, holidays, and celebrations, finding happiness in simply being surrounded by those he loved. His gentle spirit, kindness, guidance, and unwavering support touched countless lives. Frank will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a cherished family man and a beloved pillar of the community.

Frank is survived by his wife Ramona, their eight children, Frank, Jr. (Judi), George (Tresa), David, Denise (Rick) Prato, Ronnie (Denise), Lynee (Stanley) Monckton, Joseph (Leslie), Stephen (Laura), 15 Grandchildren, Justin, Leslie, Lana, Maggie, John, Kristin, Katie, Dominic, Mario, Josh, Brittney, Sara, Christopher, Hannah, Tyler and 15 Great-Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother Concha Mora Navarette and siblings Raymond, Robert and Barbara Ramirez.

A rosary will be held at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, 2255 Country Club Blvd. on January 29 at 7:00 pm.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Annunciation, 400 W. Rose on January 30 at 11:00 am. A private burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Parkinson’s Foundation, St. Martha's Meals c/o St. George's Church or your favorite charity in Frank’s honor.
