Gail Ann Bailey (Carrabba), 78, of Naples, New York, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025 at her home in Naples, NY surrounded by family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Russell S. Bailey, her son George Judd and grandson Eric S. Mitchell. She is survived by her children and step-children, Larry Judd & wife Kelly, of Naples, NY, Eddie Judd & significant other, Jean Pray of Sterling, MA, Clinton Judd and Sarah Lasher of Naples, NY, Lisa Grigg and her husband Tim of Gardner, MA. Scott Bailey and his girlfriend Kerry LeBlanc of Worcester, MA and Kelly Griffin and her husband Tom of Clermont, FL. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Gail lived in Clinton and met and married Russell. Between them they shared 7 children. Together they raised her four boys during the week and on the weekend added his three children. This was no small feat to blend such a big family. There were adjustments that needed to be made and there were hard times but, in the end, there was love for all.
Gail rose above her fears of being a business owner and founded GAB Services in Clinton. She ran that business successfully for a number of years before retiring and moving to Naples, New York. She also attained Volunteer of the Year in Naples in 2006 for her commitment to the terminally ill.
It is here where she renewed her faith in God. She became a very active member of First Baptist church and finally being a dedicated member of the Branch of the Lord Church. Here she found peace in the teaching of the Lord and was adored by many members.
Gail loved spending time with family and tending to her cat. For those she could not see, she would keep in touch by phone or Facebook. She was a talented woman who could sew anything. She found happiness in making China Dolls from scratch. From piecing the hair to the little bald heads, sewing the arms and legs to the stuffed bodies. And finally, sewing the outfits they would wear before she lovingly gave them away.
There will be a service to honor and celebrate her life on December 13, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Branch of the Lord, 7027 Country Rd 12, Naples, New York
