Gale Ann Sprouse, 79, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. Born on August 25, 1946, in Steubenville, Ohio, Gale lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and unwavering dedication to those around her.

Throughout her life, Gale devoted herself to caring for others through her work and personal relationships. Her professional journey reflected her nurturing spirit and tireless work ethic. She served as a teacher’s aide at Mercer Street Friends, where she supported young minds with patience and encouragement. Later, she worked as a custodian at the NJ Transit Center and as a certified nursing assistant at Trenton Mill House Rehab. In each role, Gale was known for her kindness and commitment to helping others feel safe and valued.

Gale’s life was deeply rooted in faith and tradition. Guided by a strong belief in God and her Native American values, she embodied strength, humility, and respect for all people. These principles shaped every aspect of her life—from how she treated others to the way she faced challenges with grace.

She found joy in simple pleasures and creative pursuits. An avid lover of arts and crafts, Gale spent countless hours sewing, crocheting, and reading. Whether watching her favorite television shows or creating something beautiful with her hands, she embraced each moment with gratitude and enthusiasm.

Gale’s greatest pride was her family. She leaves behind a loving legacy through her children: daughters Sheri Sprouse, Tina Exposito, and Denise; sons Stanley Sprouse and Scott Aviles; as well as her cherished grandchildren who brought endless joy into her life. Her memory will also be treasured by her brother Raymond Sprouse; sisters Loretta Dunigan, Sandy Dickson, Mary Skowski, Opal Duffy, and Brenda Hosier; along with many dear friends whose lives were forever touched by her warmth.

She now joins in eternal rest her beloved parents Ray Ben Sprouse and Ann Margaret Harris; sister Cindy Sprouse; son Jimmy; and granddaughter Melody.

Those who knew Gale will remember her gentle smile and compassionate heart. She had an extraordinary ability to make others feel seen and cared for—offering kindness without hesitation and love without limits. Her generosity of spirit continues to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

May Gale Ann Sprouse’s memory bring comfort to those who mourn her passing and serve as a lasting reminder of the power of love lived fully.
