Geneva Bonnell Frank (Tibbs), age 93, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026, in Woodland, California. She was born on December 6, 1932, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Geneva will be remembered as one of the most compassionate, caring, and understanding individuals to ever grace the lives of those around her. She never spoke an unkind word about anyone and was known for her gentle spirit, patience, and unwavering kindness. Her greatest joy in life was having her family gathered around her, filling her home with love and laughter.
For more than 30 years, Geneva dedicated her professional life to serving others as a private nurse. Her natural compassion made her exceptionally suited to caregiving, and she provided comfort and dignity to countless individuals and families throughout her career.
Geneva was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Yolo, California, where her faith was a guiding force in her life.
Geneva is survived by her loving sons, Jeffrey Frank, Michael Frank, Timothy Frank (Stephanie), and Randy Frank (Monika), and by her brother, Rudy Tibbs. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren—Jennifer, Melissa, Derek, Megan, Andrea, Michael, Tommy, Crystal, Robert, and Daniel; her great-grandchildren—Ryan, Sharon, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Zander, Jimmy, Corben, Elena, Kimberly, Myah, and Aren; and her great-great-grandchildren, Alex and Avalon. Each carries forward her legacy of kindness, compassion, and deep devotion to family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Merrill; her daughter, Cindy; and her son, Steven.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Monument Hill, 35036 County Road 22, Woodland, California 95695.
Geneva's warmth, grace, and steadfast love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
