Gerald (Jerry) Wayne Lewis

Jerry died at the age of 78 after a long battle with several illnesses.
He proudly served in the US Army from 1967 to 1969 during the Vietnam War. He was stationed in Germany. He than served in the Kentucky Army Reserves until 1972.
He started his own business Personal Touch Lawn Care and than worked later in life doing maintenance on homes and apartments.
He was preceded in death by his parents R.L. and Ella Lewis
His beloved daughter Angelee Lewis
Brothers: Ronald, Roger and Richard Lewis
He is survived by son: Troy Lewis and daughter Jessica Lewis (Demecio) and Lizzi Wells
Grandchildren: Hailey, Elizabeth, Sophia, Sebastian, Deanne, Dillion and Amber
Great Grandchildren: Aubree, Madilyn and Joshua
Brother: Mark Lewis
Sisters: Kim Dean (Stephon) and Bette Lowery (Ralph)
Several nieces and nephews.
Upon Jerry's wishes cremation was chosen with no funeral.
