Gordon Alan Brown, age 72, of Lake Dallas, Texas, passed away on January 20, 2026. He was born on September 12, 1953, in Fort Worth and was raised in Azle, Texas.
Throughout his life, Gordon dedicated himself to preaching the gospel and sharing his faith. He was also a talented recording artist, with multiple albums to his name, and had the privilege of performing as a backup singer for several well-known musicians.
Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Mary Brown, and his brother, Kenny.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; sons, Andrae (Kami) and Jonathan; daughters, Maria (Shannon) and Bailey; grandchildren, Emileigh, Raegan, Hope, Dillon, Eden, and Dain; and great-grandson, Vinny. He is also survived by his brother, Dennis (Judy), and a host of extended family.
Of all his blessings, Gordon most cherished time spent with his family—especially his beloved grandchildren. His warmth, humor, and steadfast faith touched all who knew him.
