Gwen Duskin (née Engelhard), 69, of West Haven, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. Born on July 24, 1956 in Milford, Connecticut, Gwen lived a life rooted in compassion, creativity, and unwavering faith.

She was the devoted mother of three sons: Billy Duskin and his wife Erin, along with their son William George; Nicholas Duskin and his wife Jen, and their daughter Charlotte; and Kevin Duskin and his wife Ember, with their children Harlee, Kira, Keegan, Killian, and Lennox. Gwen was also the cherished fiancée of Ron Berghardt. She is also remembered by her brother George Engelhard and his wife Judy, and their children Emily and David; as well as her brother Gary Engelhard. She was predeceased by her loving parents, George and Louise Engelhard.

A faithful member of Cornerstone Christian Center in Milford, CT, Gwen was a Born Again Christian who embraced Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. Her deep belief that He died for her sins and rose again brought her strength throughout her life. Her family finds comfort knowing she now rests eternally in Heaven.

Gwen's generous spirit touched many lives. She found joy in meaningful conversation and heartfelt companionship. Her kindness extended beyond her family—she lovingly crocheted blankets by hand and donated many to Project Linus to comfort children in need.

Her love for animals was a constant presence in her life. Her dogs were not just pets but beloved companions who brought her great joy.

A memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Christian Center in Milford, Connecticut.

Gwen leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and steadfast faith. May her memory bring peace to all who knew her.
