Morales, Harold Joseph
65, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 28, 2026. Born on May 1, 1960, Harold was the sixth of seven sons of James W. and Opal Irene Morales.
Harold was an exceptional bass player who shared his talent with the Arizona music scene in the 1980s, performing with local bands Cazmorai and Voyeur Dire.

Despite Harold's disability, he lived life with a true “rock ’n’ roll” mentality—one that he generously shared with those around him. That spirit fueled his constant creativity and his determination to fight wholeheartedly for what he believed in, no matter how unconventional it may have seemed. When he loved, he did so deeply and without reservation—an all-or-nothing devotion that touched everyone in his life, sometimes overwhelmingly, but always sincerely.
Harold was more than words can capture—a best friend, a source of inspiration, and a remarkable presence to many. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him, but his memory will continue to live on through his family and friends, remembered with the enduring spirit of a legend.

Harold is survived by his son; Chance (Jen), nieces; Alisha, Sandy & Aletia, nephews; Danny, Jimmy, Deano & Clinton. Harold is predeceased by his parents Jim W and Opal Irene, brothers; Dean, Richard, Clint, Dan, Jim and Steve.

Celebration of life will be Friday May 1, 2026 10:00am - 12:00pm. Abel Funeral Service
1627 N 51st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85035.
