Harriet W. Hicks

Harriet W. Hicks, born January 6, 1936, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, at TimberRidge Rehabilitation Center in Ocala.

She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Hicks (Tania) and James Hicks (Christie). She was a loving grandmother to Caleb Hicks, Ashlyn Hicks, Nikole Hicks, Katlyn Hicks (Ashlee), Ashleigh Hatten (Neil), Matthew Riggs (Nicole), Jessica Spano, Giles Burford (Donna), and Jason Spann (Nicole Dyson), and a cherished great-grandmother to several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Johnny Hicks, and her son, Ron Spann (Mary Lou).

A graveside service will be held on February 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.

Her love, strength, and kindness will forever remain part of her family's story.
