Harry Lewis Bates III

Harry L Bates III, 83, of Delran, passed away on March 19, 2026. Harry was a warm and fun-loving husband, father, and grandfather who will always be remembered for his sense of humor and generous heart. Born on July 4, 1942, Harry grew up in Riverside NJ, got married to the love of his life, Maryann, then moved to Delran where he raised his family.
Harry is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Maryann Bates; his daughter Christina Myers; his son Harry Bates IV and his fiancée Melissa Zink; and his granddaughter, Kasey Myers whom he adored dearly.
A private service will be held with his family to honor his life.
