Holly Miller

Holly Miller passed on April 6, 2026 at 92 years old. Born January 22, 1934, she was a resident of Barrington, Illinois and formerly of Palatine. Mother of Michael Morawski, Mary (Morawski) Lausche, and Martin (Cheryl) Morawski. Grandmother of 10 children and great-grandmother to 6 children. Daughter of Josephine and Sigman Splitberger of Arlington Heights. Sister to Joan Rapp and to the former Robert (Cindy) Splitberger of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Former wife of Arthur Morawski and Bob Miller. Her passion was ballroom dancing with her favorite dances of cha cha, tango, and the waltz. Holly was a friend of Bill W and the Big Book. She found sobriety 62 years ago in which she has since devoted her time to helping people with their dependency recovery. A celebration of her life will be held on May 2, 2026 at Lutheran Church of the Atonement, 909 East Main Street, Barrington, IL 60010, from 1pm to 3pm. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations are welcome for the JourneyCare Home Health & Hospice in Barrington in her name.
