Our Mother, Oma, Friend was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on March 22,2026.

Inge's life centered on her faith, family, and helping others. A strong faith guided her throughout her life, and she never doubted the power of prayer. A love for meaningful conversations at family gatherings - either extended or immediate - "filled her up", but her biggest joy was being with her grandchildren and great -grandchildren as they learned to swim in the pool, took trips to Telemark, ate ice cream together, or when she was cheering them on at one of their events.
Inge worked for Dr. Omar Tveten serving patients for 45 years, in an office that went beyond standard operating hours, and her care and compassion for patients, family, and friends will be remembered by those she touched.
She is preceded in death by son, Philip John, and is survived by her children, Joe (Sharon), Greg (Laura), Therese (Tom); grandchildren, Justin, Travis (Lindsey), Amy (Adam), Sean, Kelley (Joe), Kyle, and Andrew. Great grandchildren Addison, Phoebe, Lexi, Nora; siblings, Joe Lamers and Bernie Foley, and many loving nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 10 AM at the Church of the Assumption, 51 7th St W, St Paul, 55102 with visitation one-hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Church of the Assumption, Little Sisters of the Poor, or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
