Ingram Stuart Van Kooten, 43, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2026. Ingram was born on December 27, 1982, in Denver, Colorado, to Stuart Van Kooten and Sandra Van Kooten (deceased).
While Ingram's life was tragically cut short, he spent his earthly years filled with the love of his family... riding his Harley when he found time, playing hours of catch in the backyard with his son, sitting though countless ballets to watch his daughter persue her passion of dance, watching Friday night movies with all three kids snuggled on the couch, and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche hockey team.
Ingram loved Jesus, and his faith carried him through the hardships in his life. He deeply loved his wife and three children. His first love was his mother, and now he is reunited with her again in the presence of our Heavenly Father.
Ingram is survived by his wife, Emily Van Kooten, and their children, Everleigh, Eli, and Emery. His parents, Stuart Van Kooten (Sherry), mother-in-law Janet Davis (Don), and father-in-law George Davis (Jan).
Siblings: Stephanie Lenderink (Jeff), Ian Van Kooten (Cherie), Isaac Van Kooten, Sara Tasker (Kinny).
A member of Christ Church Presbyterian in Mount Pleasant, S.C., Ingram will be returned to his home State of Colorado, where on March 20, 2026, there will be a viewing at Chapel Hill and on March 21, 2026, from 12:30-3:00 pm, a funeral is planned at First Christian Reformed Church of Denver.
