Jack Raymond Witter, aged 92, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away on February 25, 2026. Born on June 24, 1933, Jack had a distinguished life marked by his service as a Korean War veteran in the US Navy and his long-standing membership with UA Local 630 Union since 1958.
Jack's career took him around the world, from the rugged terrains of Alaska to the expansive deserts of Saudi Arabia, and through various countries in Europe. His experiences overseas, both in military and union roles, enriched his life and broadened his perspectives.
Jack was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Beverly Witter, his father, Walter Witter, and his mother, Alma Thomas. He is survived by his loving children, Dianne Witter, Richard Witter, and Laura Leone; his grandchildren, David Perrine, Timothy Leatherman, and Bradley Perrine; and four great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Jack's life was one of dedication, service, and adventure, leaving a legacy of resilience and commitment to his family and country. His memory will continue to inspire those who knew him. His funeral has been scheduled for April 27, 2026 at 12;30 PM at the South FL National Cemetery in Lake Worth.
