Jacqueline Ann Straka Nyman, 87, of Grand Blanc, Michigan took her final journey in life on March 15, 2026 when the Lord called her home. She is predeceased by her beloved husband William Paul Nyman. She leaves behind grieving daughters Stacey (Mark) Armstrong, Melissa (John) Varterasian, grandchildren Austin Armstrong (Kristen), Alexa Armstrong Provenzano, Carly Armstrong, three great grandchildren and many cherished friends.
She was a proud graduate of Central High School in Flint and of Mott College. She was a lifelong resident of the Flint and Grand Blanc area. Jacqueline retired after an esteemed career at Buick and Electronic Data Systems where she worked in data security.
Besides her darling husband, the love of her life was her family and friends. Making a house a home was her special gift. She enjoyed being active in the community through several involvements in volunteering at Henry Ford Genesys hospital, fund raising, the Crim Festival, and local arts and events programs.
Jacqueline will join her beloved husband once again when she will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. A celebration of life will be forthcoming.
