Jane A Penley

Jane Penley, 76, longtime resident of Elbert County died on December 12, 2025 after suffering a stroke and having been severely incapacitated for several months. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edmon and Olga J. Tiffany and her brother, John (Tug) Tiffany, and many beloved animals that crossed the rainbow bridge. She is survived by her son, Jack, and daughter-in-law Rachael, nieces and nephews, and many extended and chosen family. She was cremated and according to her wishes, her ashes will be spread without a service. A casual celebration of life will be announced.
Jane was a friend to all who met her, a fierce advocate and helper to many who needed assistance, a lover of animals, and as one of her former neighbors said, "She gave a home filled with love to many who needed one."
