Jason "Jay" Mitchell Andrews

Jason "Jay" Mitchell Andrews, aged 58, was called to reunite with his Mother and younger Brother on April 15, 2026. Born February 11, 1968, Jay, as he was best known, was a free-spirited individual who cherished living life on his own terms. Known for his humor and the unique way he showed affection, Jay had the innate ability to make everyone around him laugh. His resilience and optimistic outlook remained steadfast, even during challenging times of his life, and he constantly endeavored to bring a smile to the faces of those around him.

Surviving Jay are his beloved wife, Tanya; his older brother, Richard; and his children, Jeremy, Jason, Jessyca, and Savannah. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dawn Sharon, and his younger brother, Russell.

An avid outdoorsman, Jay had a profound love for fishing, a hobby he enjoyed sharing with his brothers and children. The Utah wilderness was like a second home to him, providing countless memories and adventures for the Andrews family.

A celebration of Jay's life will be held at 2 PM on May 3, 2026, at Winchester Park Jordan River Parkway in Murray, UT. Those who knew Jay are invited to join in remembering his vibrant spirit and the joy he brought to their lives.
