Jaysen Andrew-Blue Bagbey (Garcia) passed away unexpectedly at age 26 on December 23, 2025.
Jaysen was born to Tracy Engeriser and Charles Bagbey at 10:51 p.m. on February 25, 1999 at Sinai Samaritan Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was named after Tracy's and Charles' great friends.
Jaysen was a free-spirit from birth and grew to enjoy Blue's Clues, SpongeBob SquarePants, Jimmy Neutron, and Super Mario.
As Jaysen grew older, he learned computer programming and retained his love for Mario, particularly Super Smash Bros.
He had many accomplishments in High School at Nathan Hale in West Allis, Wisconsin, in Men's Choir and Cross-Country. He enjoyed volunteering and made many connections at Clement Manor, a retirement home community in Greenfield, Wisconsin.
When Jaysen's sister, Jane, was born on March 6, 2012, he was a proud big brother, and he doted on his sister up until he passed away. Jaysen and Jane have a bond that will never be broken.
Jaysen relocated to California to pursue his dream of advertising and selling the card game he developed with the help of friends, "Conquering Hearts." He came up with the idea of the card game while camping with his mother and sister at Devil's Lake State Park. Jaysen was a huge fan of the animated sitcom, "The Proud Family." When he moved to California, he was inspired by political activism to fight for his beliefs, specifically regarding people of color.
Jaysen had many loved ones he called family in his life including the Krupnik family, Stanley and Nicole Krupnik, Chelsea, Nate, and Alex Rogers.
Later in life, he had the Garcia family who embraced him dearly. "Big Adam" Garcia, Mary Garcia, Karen Garcia, "Little Adam" Garcia, Samantha and Aaliyah Garcia , Adolph Arms, Lavon Chambliss, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He cherished his Uncle Jim Engeriser, Aunt Katie Barton, Cousins Hayley, Sophie, and Natalie.
There are many extended family, loved ones and friends that are not mentioned here, but would be far too many to name. Jaysen loved freely, and he was loved by many.
Jaysen is preceded in death by his grandmother, Marcia Melonie Engeriser (Blair), and his uncle, Anthony Engeriser. Also, preceded by his Great Grandmother, Guadalupe Escobedo, his Uncles Pedro, Jose and Memo Garcia. It brings us comfort to know they are now reunited.
