Jeffrey Walter Rowley, 63, passed away on November 25, 2025, in Redmond, Oregon.

Born on September 7, 1962, to Robert L. Rowley and Carolyn M. Rowley (née Licht), Jeff spent his early years in Tonawanda, New York, and later in San Rafael, California. He eventually made his home in Redmond, Oregon, where he lived life on his own terms, filled with passion for family, friends, music, and the outdoors.

Jeff was a man of many talents and interests. A gifted bass player, he found joy and purpose playing with his church praise team. His musical contributions were a meaningful part of his spiritual life and community involvement. Beyond music, Jeff was a skilled mechanic and journeyman painter—professions that reflected both his technical ability and dedication to craftsmanship. He was a problem solver and a handyman that could fix or build anything.

An avid dirt biker and gardener, Jeff embraced the thrill of adventure as much as the quiet satisfaction of nurturing life from the soil. He also had a love for cooking.

Jeff's heart was as big as his talents. He was a sensitive soul who felt things very deeply. He Cherished time with his family and friends and lovingly cared for his pets. Close to his heart was his bonus mother and friend, Cindy, who was a profoundly important part of his life. He grew close to her, trusted her and was ever grateful for her support and love. Jeff especially cherished his one true love, Danette, with whom he shared the last 25 years with, through thick and thin, remaining best of friends to the end.

He is survived by his sisters Tamara O'Connor (née Rowley) and Robyn Porter (née Rowley); three nieces; one nephew; and three great-nieces. Jeff was predeceased by his beloved father and best friend Robert Rowley and by his mother Carolyn Rowley.

Jeff was loved. He will be remembered for his energy, the music he shared from his soul, and the many talents he shared. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him. He will be missed.
