Jeffrey Robert Sanford

Jeffrey Robert Sanford of Ann Arbor, MI formerly of Lexington, MA passed away surrounded by his family on March 17, 2026. Private funeral services will be held in Ann Arbor and a celebration of his life is being planned in Massachusetts.

Jeff graduated from Lexington high and attended UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture, graduating in 1983. Following graduation, he joined the Peace Corps and served for 4 years in Honduras. When he returned to the States, he worked for several large growers in Sudbury and Lexington, before relocating to Michigan to be with his children.
His parents, Robert Sanford, Jr and Martha Sanford have passed on. He is survived by his children who he was so proud of: Natalie, Gabriella and Bobby and their mother Teresa. He has three sisters and their husbands: Jean and Paul Careno, Elizabeth and Ralph Gustin and Nancy and James Walton. He is also remembered with love by his nieces and nephews: Nicholas Careno, Ben Careno, Randy Gustin, Kimberly Gustin, Kelley Walton and James Walton, Jr.
