Jerome Fraga

Jerome Fraga, born on September 30, 1933 as Enida Geronimo Fraga Moreno, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, at Virtua Hospital in Marlton, New Jersey. He was 92 years old.

Jerome spent his early life as part of a large family in Matanzas, Cuba, where he was one of twelve children. After moving to the United States in 1957, Jerome settled in Philadelphia and met the love of his life, Letitia Brahms. The couple soon married, moved to Audubon, New Jersey, and raised two children, Lisa and Danny.

Jerome took great pride in his long career in the restaurant industry, which continued to evolve over the years: after starting off as a dishwasher and busboy at Merion Golf Club, Jerome served as a head waiter at Cinelli's Restaurant and at Bally's Park Place Casino, a Restaurant Union Representative with Local 54, and a manager of The Pub Restaurant, where he was employed until the age of 81. Outside of work, Jerome loved cooking, talking (and arguing) about world history, watching baseball, and reading The Bible. He also loved spending time with family and friends, and boasting of his children's and grandchildren's accomplishments.

Jerome is survived by his son Daniel Fraga and daughter-in-law Anna Sepanic, his grandchildren Tiffany DeCample-Merryfield, Simon Fraga, and Beatrice Fraga, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Jerome was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Letitia "Pat" Fraga, and their daughter, Lisa Joy Fraga-Hoff.

A Memorial Service for Jerome Fraga will be held on January 17, 2026, at Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Road. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, with the Memorial Service beginning at 11:00 AM.
