Joan Milligan

Joan Milligan, born on November 25, 1941, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026, in Dade City, Florida. She was 84 years old.

Joan was the beloved daughter of the late Mary Elizabeth Gore and Sinclair Craven Gore. She was a woman who cherished her family deeply and extended her warmth and kindness to everyone she met. Joan had an extraordinary ability to make people feel welcome and loved; she truly never met a stranger.

She is survived by her loving children, Linda Milligan and Scott Milligan; her devoted siblings, Shelby Inman, Barbara Merritt, Ellen Milligan, and Roger Gore; as well as 10 special grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life. Joan was predeceased by her sons Jerry Milligan and Carl Milligan; her sister Shirley Gore; and her brothers Wayne Gore and Gene Gore.

Joan's legacy of love and acceptance will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she held dear.
