John Paul Anderson, 59, passed away on December 23, 2025, in Yoncalla, Oregon. Born on November 23, 1966, in Glasgow Scotland to John & Avril Anderson. John lived in Scotland until he was 8 years old, then moved to California where he spent most of his life. Graduating from Katella High School in Anaheim, CA in 1983. John moved to Oregon in 2012 where he spent the last 13 years helping others in his community.
John brought a vibrant spirit into the world that never dimmed throughout his life.
John was known by many as the life of the party—a man whose energy and zest for living left a lasting impression wherever he went. He embraced each day with enthusiasm and a fearless sense of adventure, always ready to share a laugh or lend a hand. Some say he lived life "full throttle", always on his own terms.
For most of his career, John worked in the body shop industry. His dedication to his craft and deep knowledge of cars made him a respected figure among colleagues and customers alike. Whether working on vehicles or fine-tuning motorcycles, John's passion for all things automotive was evident in every detail of his work.
John found joy in the great outdoors. One of his favorite past times was going to the Colorado River and spending time out on the water. He enjoyed hunting, helping others, and working in his yard. John has also had a passion for scuba diving, off roading, boats/jet skis and animals.
John's presence will be deeply missed by those who knew him. His laughter, stories, and unwavering spirit will live on in the memories shared by friends and loved ones.

John leaves behind his loving parents John and Avril Anderson. His brother Brian Anderson (Amie). His sister Julie Sanford (Kyle). His children Cameron, Lauren and Lacey. Nieces, Ashley, Brook, Rylie & Brooklyn. And his Nephew Jacob. John also leaves behind many friends, family and neighbors whom he truly loved, especially Lilly & Rylan.
