John Cleve Carlson

John Cleve Carlson passed away peacefully on October 13th 2025 at the age of 87 at Silverado Memory Care Home in Escondido. John grew up in Phoenix, AZ and attended North Phoenix High, West High, Phoenix Junior College and Arizona State University. He started his career at Fed Mart and from there moved on to Price Club and Costco. He then left Costco to form his own food brokerage company doing business with Costco until he retired. John is survived by his loving wife Dee Carlson and his daughters Kelly Patrick, Kari Krause, Kimberly Carlson and a grandson Johnny Bikov.

Memorial service is planned for Friday, November 21, 2025 at Skyline Church in La Mesa, CA at 1pm.
