John Joseph Chiumento Jr

John Joseph Chiumento Jr., born June 6, 1932, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away at the age of 91 on March 10, 2024. Cremation was handled by Lorne and Sons funeral home in Delray Beach, FL, and burial took place in NY on April 5, 2024. He was predeceased by his wife, Helene A. Williams, whom he married on October 17, 1953. A member of IUOE Local 137, John was the biological father of two daughters. He was physically strong, a bodybuilder, and held a purple belt in Karate. Despite these attributes, he was abusive, manipulative, and never a nurturing or supportive parent. His affection was conditional, and he inflicted physical harm using a leather and silver metal belt. Forgiveness is withheld from him and those who enabled his behavior. His passing brought a sense of safety and peace to his child.
