John "Fish" Fisher, 57, passed away on February 15, 2026, in Roswell, Georgia. Born on April 1, 1968, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, John was the beloved son of the late Raymond and Phyllis Fisher. He spent his formative years in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where he cultivated lifelong friendships and a love for community.

A proud graduate of Camden Catholic High School, John excelled both academically and athletically. He was a dedicated member of the school's swim team, earning a varsity letter and demonstrating his commitment to teamwork and perseverance.

John later made his home in Georgia, where he became an active and cherished member of St. Monica's Catholic Church in Duluth. His faith was central to his life, and he devoted himself wholeheartedly to serving others through various ministries. As a member of the Knights of Columbus, John worked tirelessly to support his parish community and bring comfort to those in need. His efforts reflected his deep belief in compassion and service.

John's warmth and humor were unforgettable. His quick wit could light up any room, leaving those around him smiling and laughing. He had a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. As a member of the Jaycees organization, John embodied their motto: "Service to humanity is the best work of life." His dedication to helping others left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Though predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Phyllis Fisher, John is survived by his cousin David Smith (Valerie) of Buford, Georgia.

John will be remembered for his caring heart and humble spirit. Friends are encouraged to honor his memory by saying a rosary in his name—a fitting tribute to a man whose faith guided every aspect of his life. May John's legacy of humility and kindness continue to inspire all who knew him.

May he rest in eternal peace. A Funeral Mass will be held on March 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at St. Monica's Catholic Church 1700 Buford Hwy. Reception immediately following at St. Augustine Hall, on the parish campus hosted by the Knights of Columbus.
