Jonathan Hassey

Jonathan Patrick Hassey, 42, passed away, surrounded by love, on Friday, March 13, 2026. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend and he will be deeply missed. Jonathan was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 26, 1983. Jon was a skilled craftsman. While his official trade was being a plumber, he was a jack of all trades and skilled in all types of home remodeling and repairs. He loved learning new skills. He had a passion for the outdoors, especially the mountains, and taking long walks in the woods with his best friend Loki, his devoted Rottweiler. He had a profound interest in nature, history, astronomy, trivia, car detailing, scrapping and loved tinkering with his truck. We will miss his knowledge, his wit, and his beautiful smile.
Jonathan was preceded in death by his devoted father, Harry Hassey. He was the beloved son of Paulette Hassey (nee Schmidt); cherished brother of Stephen; Allyson (Ray) and Melissa (Carl); devoted uncle of Gavin, Ethan, Kylie, Wesley & Simone. Jon is also survived by his loyal dog, Loki, who brought Jonathan daily joy & companionship.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 10 a.m. followed by
