He was preceded in death by his parents Johnny and Donna and brother Mike.
He leaves behind his wife Jean, children Blake (Adam), Tyler (Zoe), Jarrett, Derrick, DJ (Jordan), and Hannah; grandchildren Sadie, Abel and Jaxson; his brother Sean and a "sister".
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
